Events and Programs

MACAC is proud to offer three professional development workshops each year, as well as sponsor an annual spring conference. From new college admission officers attending the summer Admission Counselor Institute, to veteran high school counselors gaining current insights from the College Counseling Institute for High School Counselors and Financial Aid Workshop, participants praise the quality of MACAC programs and find the collegial experience invaluable. In the spring, high school and college professionals gather for the Spring Conference in the Twin Cities, and on alternating years, the Tri-State Conference which rotates locations between Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. The success of these programs, from developing the workshop sessions to managing each event, is dependent on strong membership support and volunteers like you.
