Here is a sample of this year’s topics: Financial Aid, Utilizing Campus Resources for recruitment, Transfer 101, Communicating with high school aged students, Advancing as a professional, working with diverse student populations, uncomfortable conversation, and more.  Also new this year will be an opportunity for the attendee to identify their personal strengths while learning how they can be effective leaders at their respective institutions. Highlights included the welcome from the MACAC President, Networking BBQ, break-out sessions, and many group activities.
