Join us for the 2016 MACAC Day on the Hill. Past participants have raved about the opportunity to visit Minnesota legislators and advocate for students, counselors and education.
The day will start at the Embassy Suites with a full breakfast and the Government Relations Committee will provide training for visits and information about MACAC’s legislative agenda. The first appointments with legislators will begin at 10:30AM and end by 3:00PM. After your last meeting, you can join fellow members back at the Embassy Suites for a review of the day. Every attendee will make legislative visits with a group of MACAC members and share in the conversations with Senators and Representatives.
The MACAC Government Relations Committee members will schedule your legislative visits and you will be given a final schedule of the day before the event.
The Government Relations Committee would love to have representation from all parts of the state. Tell your friends and join us at the Capitol!
